What supplies will I need?

You may need basic household supplies like scissors, glue or a ruler to complete your kits. You can learn more about materials included and tools needed on the Details page of each club.

I've never crocheted/quilted/knit before. Can I do this?

We recommend you have at least a basic understanding of how to crochet, knit or quilt before trying one of these kits. Most kits are labeled as a Confident Beginner level, with a few kits labeled as Intermediate. Afghan clubs include video tutorials to assist you with learning new techniques.

Where can I find the online video tutorials?

You can access and watch the videos online at AnniesKitClubs.com/login. Just enter the email address associated with your account and click on “Sign In.” Then click on the kit you need the video for and click on the play arrow in the video screen.

How can I access my digital patterns and Stitch Guide?

Sign in to your account at AnniesKitClubs.com/login and you'll find these on your bookshelf.

Will I lose access to my patterns/tutorials/Stitch Guide after I've completed or canceled my membership?

You will not lose access to any content in your digital library even after completing or canceling your membership. You can continue to access the patterns, instructions, videos or Stitch Guide included with any shipments you have purchased.

Do you offer left-handed tutorials?

We do offer left-handed video tutorials for the crochet afghan clubs. Once you choose the tutorial you would like to view, you'll be able to choose between the right- or left-handed version.

I lost the instructions that came with my shipment. Can I get a replacement?

You can download another copy at AnniesKitClubs.com/login. Just enter the email address associated with your account and click “Sign In.” Then click on the shipment that you need pattern instructions for and click on “Download Pattern Instructions.”

I'm having a problem making a pattern or kit. Who can I contact for help?

Please contact Pattern Services by completing the help request form at Annies-Publishing.com/service/ps_form. Be sure to include your name, email address, daytime phone number and the name of the item you have a question about.

My shipment was damaged/missing materials. What should I do?

Contact us at Customer_Service@AnniesKitClubs.com and we'll be happy to fix this for you!

How long will my membership last?

You will receive shipments at the selected frequency until you finish or cancel your membership. Afghan or quilt block clubs will end with the last shipment to complete the project. For clubs that offer different projects in every shipment, we are unable to supply memberships limited to a certain number of shipments. However, you can cancel your membership at any time.

Will I continue to receive shipments after I've finished my quilt/afghan?

Once you receive your final shipment to finish your quilt or afghan, your membership will be complete and you will not receive any more shipments. You can see how many shipments/months your membership includes on the club's home page.

Can I slow down the frequency?

Yes, you can choose to receive kits less frequently. Contact us at Customer_Service@AnniesKitClubs.com or update your membership through the customer care portal. To access the customer care portal, sign in at AnniesKitClubs.com/login, click “Manage My Account,” then click “Access My Account” for the club you wish to update.

Can I receive my kits faster than monthly?

Some afghan clubs allow the option to receive shipments every 2 weeks instead of every 4 weeks. Quilt, general craft, kids and some afghan clubs are only available in monthly shipments.

Can I purchase the entire quilt/afghan kit at once?

We're sorry, but we're only able to offer multi-kit subscriptions through our memberships.

I joined the club and then canceled. How can I restart my membership?

Please call us at 1-800-282-6643. We'd love to have you back!

How can I change my address or my gift recipient's address?

You can update your shipping address through the customer care portal. To access the customer care portal, sign in at AnniesKitClubs.com/login, click “Manage My Account,” then click “Access My Account” for the club you wish to update.

How can I update my payment information?

You can make the update by calling us at 1-800-282-6643 or through the customer care portal. To access the customer care portal, sign in at AnniesKitClubs.com/login, click “Manage My Account,” then click “Access My Account” for the club you wish to update. Please don't send credit card information to us via email as that isn't a secure method.

Can I skip a shipment?

We don't offer the option to skip a kit, but you can return any kit you don't want to keep within 21 days. You can also choose to receive shipments less frequently.

Can I preview a shipment before I receive it?

We're sorry, but we don't offer a preview of your shipments. You always have the option to return any shipment you don't want to keep within 21 days.

How can I cancel a membership?

To cancel your membership, you can call us at 1-800-282-6643, email us at Customer_Service@AnniesKitClubs.com or update your membership through the customer care portal. To access the customer care portal, sign in at AnniesKitClubs.com/login, click “Manage My Account,” then click “Access My Account” for the club you wish to cancel. We'll send you an email confirmation as soon as your cancellation is processed. If there's a service problem or other reason you wish to cancel, we hope you'll contact us first and give us a chance to solve the problem.

When will the first shipment arrive?

Most shipments in the contiguous United States will arrive within 1-2 weeks of your order. Shipments to other U.S. states and territories or Canada can take up to 3 weeks to deliver.

How often will shipments arrive?

You will receive a new shipment about every 4 weeks unless you have selected the 2-week frequency option that is available for some clubs. If the 2-week option is available for the club, you are able to select it before placing your order. You can also choose to receive kits less frequently.

How are the kits shipped?

We ship the first kit to you via FedEx SmartPost and all the other kits are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service.

How can I return a shipment?

Shipments must be returned within 21 days for a refund or credit. If you do need to return a product, please repackage it in its original packaging. Then mail it back to us at P.O. Box 8000, Big Sandy, TX 75755-8000, and we'll credit your account as quickly as possible. If you also want to cancel your membership so you don't get any future shipments, please include a note with your return stating your wishes.

Can I pay for the shipments over the internet?

Yes, you can! You can update your payment method through the customer care portal. To access the customer care portal, sign in at AnniesKitClubs.com/login, click “Manage My Account,” then click “Access My Account” for the club you wish to update.

Do you accept international orders?

We currently are only able to ship orders to the United States and Canada.

Do you offer patterns or instructions in other languages?

We currently only offer patterns and instructions in English.

Can I give a membership to someone as a gift?

Yes, please do! Just select the “GIVE AS A GIFT” option when placing your order.

I have already paid—why am I still getting bills?

When we send an invoice for a shipment you have ordered, we allow 4 weeks to pass before we send a follow-up invoice. Sometimes we may receive your payment a day or so after we have already sent the follow-up invoice. If you have already made your payment and receive another invoice afterward, you may ignore it. You can check your account online for up-to-date information.

How do I know that my credit card information is secure when I order from you or make a payment over the internet?

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that is among the best available today for secure internet transactions. When you place an order or pay your bill online, this software encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

I'm unable to make my payment or complete a customer service transaction over the internet. Who should I contact?
